Hey peeps, thank God its Friday💃💃💃

I really hope you had a great week? For some of us the week was way too stressful , while some of us had a really calm week.

Either ways, we all should know that as much as we need to hustle/work, there is need for us to take care of ourselves💯

Human resource is the greatest resource any organization could ever need.

Just like engines, if we don’t service our bodies there is probability that we would break down just like an unserviced machined👌

If you and I will function effectively, we must devote the time to renew ourselves physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and socially.

According to Stephen Covey in his book (7 habit of highly effective people); sharpen the saw!!!

You are the greatest asset, preserve yourself👌

Even God rested after the creation(Genesis2:3).

This weekend, try as much as possible to renew your strength💪💪

Know that only God can give us the true rest we desire (according to Psalm23:2-3 ” He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the path of righteousness for His name’s sake” and Psalm 62:1-2 “my soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him”)

No matter what, only God crowns our hustle..Psalm127:1-2

may our labors not be in vain in Jesus name.

In 2016 one of the goals I set was that by December 2017 I should be in the US practicing my Nursing and advancing both academically and professionally, but here we are November 2017 and I am not anywhere near the achievement of that goal!

Are you asking what have I done towards the achievement? Well, I have done quite a whole lot of things as required but here I am… In the middle of my thoughts and disappointment, God showed up again.

 I decided to share because I know people used to count their losses/gains, successes/failures towards the end of the year and I know I am not the only one who set a goal I have not been able to achieve. If you are like me, maybe you have not been able to achieve all the goals or part of the goals you set for the year, God said I should tell you what He told me. If you are like me keep reading to the end!

Ok! This generation, we have developed a strong focus on goal setting. Whether physical, mental, spiritual, academically, financially socially, martially etc, most of us have the long list of goals we would like to accomplish.

But so many times our goals are just small portion or tip of what God desires to accomplish in and through us.

Just because your goals/plans are small/failed doesn’t mean that we should not set goals again!

We need to set goals so as to keep ourselves in check, for motivation, to stay focused and to boost our self-confidence.

We all know that an appropriate goal must have the S-M-A-R-T characteristics i.e (Smart, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant and Time bound) and we must write it down, even the scripture sayswrite it down (HABAKUK 2:2-3)

Was my goal SMART? Yes, it was smart but it still failed (at least for this year).

After setting Goals and you are out on track to make sure you achieve it, the followings should be in place too:

– Do not forget that your goals are only achievable when God is involved!

Because, ”unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain(Psalm127:1)’’ and he said ‘’You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.(proverbs19:21)’’

Only God can make it happen!

– Spiritual goal should come first, why? Because it opens door of achievement for the other goals set (according to Matthew 6:33’’seek ye first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all other things shall be added unto you’’).

–  When you set goals, do not forget that you are not the first person to have this kind of goal,seek godly counsel! Some people have been to that place you are just planning to go! (Plans fail for lack of counsel,
but with many advisers they succeed. PROVERBS15:22).

– Diligence — due diligence cannot be over emphasized if your plan must work! ‘’The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. PROVERBS21:5’’.

In conclusion, there is no goal that is unachievable with God! Because, with God all things are possible!

If your previously set goals and you have not achieved it, know that all things work together for good (Romans8:28). Know that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

Don’t be discouraged/sad/disappointed, set another goal! Do not allow failure to discourage you from setting another goal. (Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. PHILIPIANS3:13-14). Forget about your past failures; look ahead to the beautiful reward ahead of you.

Surrender your goals, desires and dreams to him and watch him in awe as He multiplies, expands and increase your influence and impact on this generation!

Allow God to shine His incredible power through us!!!

Remember the above simply can work for those who are in a relationship with Abba!!!

Hello friends, happy new month (it’s my first post in the month). The Lord will grant us our heart desires before the year runs out!

I really got lots of mail about my previous posts in October and I found out that almost everyone set targets but are yet to meet their targets.

Nonetheless, I have a message for you today but first what is on your mind?

The mind according to WIKIPEDIA is a set of cognitive faculties including consciousness, perception, thinking, judgment, and memory.

It is usually defined as the faculty of an entity’s thoughts and consciousness. It holds the power of imagination, recognition, and appreciation, and is responsible for processing feelings and emotions, resulting in attitudes and actions.

Immediately someone wished me happy new month, I started counting my gains/losses, successes/failures and my times of pain/peace… the list is endless! I know I am not the only one having that kind of thought but in the midst of it God’s word ministered to me and I decided to share with you!

You can do/achieve anything if you set your mind on it but most times our mind is set only on material things which are even temporal and when we are unable to achieve those things or meet our earthly targets we get angry/sad/disappointed. Meanwhile, the scripture said “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.”(Romans 8:6)

The above scripture started making a whole lot of sense to me when I saw a lot of my clients struggling to meet target while they are dying gradually ( trying to meet target at work, get promotions and allowances)… they set their mind on flesh but medically death seems to be knocking on their doors. Whereas, if we set our mind on basically on the things of God (spirit), we have assurance of PEACE and LIFE! What more is important than life itself?  NOTHING!

Setting our mind on the things of God will not only give us LIFE and PEACE but also every other things shall be an additional advantage according to Matthew 6:33 ‘’but seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you’’.

The remaining days of the year can still be productive if only we will set our mind on God (Spirit) and seek His will consistently. After all, we as human can only set goals only God can bring them to pass/accomplishment according to Proverbs 19:21, “Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” So as we align our hearts and minds with the Lord, then our purpose on earth will not only be clear but successful.

Time has not gone yet, this year can still be productive and if not clear your mind and prepare it for a greater 2018…

Hey guys, I have the urge to share this with someone.

In case you are feeling like you have been stagnant for a while, or it seems as if your mates have gone ahead of you in life: be it in business, academics, marriage et all.

God said, the delay is to beautify and honor you…

Do you remember the ASS that was tied down in Luke 19:30-31tied horse

saying, “Go into the village opposite you, where as you enter you will find a colt tied, on which no one has ever sat. Loose it and bring it here. And if anyone asks you, ‘Why are you loosing it?’ thus you shall say to him, ‘Because the Lord has need of it.’ ”

If you have done everything humanly possible, sought/seeking divine intervention for you to progress and it seems not working as expected, He sent me to you today, do not be discouraged because:

He wants to beautify you, He wants to ride on you, He wants to honor you…

No one carries Jesus and suffer from stagnancy, it can only be for a while!

verse 35-36”Then they brought him to Jesus. And they threw their own clothes on the colt, and they set Jesus on him. And as He went, many spread their clothes on the road”.

That position you are now Jesus knows about it, and is sending for you and when the time comes no one can stop you from being promoted/beautified/honored.

Do not loose hope, be diligent in what you are doing!

You are tied, unridden before but God has the need of You…

Jesus doesn’t use and dump , He uses and beautify…

Good morning and happy new week…

I hope you had a great weekend? in case you missed my last post, you can check here.

For a long time I used to be a negative person, I mean i always think negativity and I don’t miss out of any of my thought( that  is anything I think about always happen to me).

Be positive because positive minds produce positive lives.

If the devil can successfully take over your mind/thought, he has gained authority over your life.

And you know that, according to” proverbs 23:7 For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he”

Be careful with your thought, spend time to check your thoughts, when things are not going well, pause to ask yourself; what have I being thinking about?

In case you are wondering, what then should i think about?

The word of God tells us what to think about, ” Philippians4 :8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

If the things you are thinking about doesn’t have the qualities mentioned above, you need to change your thoughts….

Meanwhile, what can probably have all the mentioned qualities?( pure, lovely,true,noble,right,admirable,excellent and praiseworthy) .Nothing but the word of GOD

Fill your mind with the word of God and watch your life undergo a drastic turnaround.

Good success is guaranteed by meditating on the word of God…Joshua 1:8 says so ( Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.)

I was recently studying and the Lord told me that there is a right side of the sea…

The sea here is that BUSINESS, CAREER OR JOB that you have been doing all this while and you are not getting anything!

You have been casting your net, using all your energy, time and money but getting nothing just like peter and co…

The book of  JOHN 21:3-6   

” Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing.”

They said to him, “We are going with you also.” They went out and immediately[a] got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing. But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. Then Jesus said to them, “Children, have you any food?”

They answered Him, “No.”

And He said to them, Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.

They were able to catch multitudes of fish because they casted their net to the right side as instructed by Jesus .

Your hustling without Jesus is going to result into nothing, only Jesus knows the right side of the sea/ the business/career/job you are doing.

This is not a message for non Christians alone, it is also for we believers…

We have Jesus, just like Peter and co but Jesus wasn’t involved the night they went fishing and they caught nothing!!!

If you already have Jesus, involve Him in your hustling a, He will direct you on the right side if the sea , the part where you will make gain, and get plenty of fishes.

In case you are wondering that there are so many people who doesn’t involve Jesus and yet they are making gains, Plenty fishes doesn’t necessarily mean money, what of fulfillment, peace and joy  ?

There is a right side of the sea, only Jesus knows…

Hey guys, thank God its Friday!

How is the week running? Mine has been good.

OK, some things were coming to my mind during the last weekend when I was carrying out one of the skin care routine, (I scrubbed my face and body with scrub).

These questions were running through my mind during the process:

  • What does scrubbing means?
  • body-scrub

It’s the process of exfoliating and hydrating the skin, leaving the skin feeling fresh, smooth, moisturised and soft. It’s a process of removing the dead cells and revealing new soft and smooth skin.

And that’s exactly the way I felt after the process.


  • What are the benefits of scrubbing the skin?
  1. it smoothens the skin
  2. reduces the chances of breakout
  3. reduces the appearances of dark spot
  4. minimises the appearance of large pores
  5. smoothens the elbow/knees (knuckles)
  6. It allows moisturisers work better.
  7. It can also help to improve blood circulation to the skin and help fight cellulite and thus improve your skin tone….

So after knowing the benefits, I said to myself I have to be doing this regularly!

So I kept on hearing the Holy Spirit comparing the body scrubbing and the scrubbing of the mind….

  • What does it mean to scrub the mind?  open-bible    It’s basically the process of renewing your mind with the WORD and the scripture references coming to my mind was (ROMANS 12:2 do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.)
  • What are the benefits of scrubbing your mind regularly?
  1. It renews your mind
  2. Makes you stable spiritually ( not conforming to the pattern of the world)
  3. It transforms you continuously
  4. Makes it easy for you to test and approve God’s will (discernment and sensitivity)
  5. Spiritual growth.


As you can use any of the products to scrub, you can use the word to scrub.

The scrub is in different types and the word (the Bible) comes in different versions, make it easy for yourself.

I use EDEN APRICOT SCRUB for the face and body and I use THE WORD through different means (personal study, messages, devotionals & fellowships)

Don’t just scrub your skin, scrub your mind.

Scrub beyond the surface.

Hello ladies and gents, how has your week been?
Mine has been great though I was a little bit down with stress and malaria but I am back and better
Over time I have met people who really do not believe that they can do some things, people who believe that some things are impossible for them to do or some positons can’t be occupied by them.
But my mum (great source of motivation for me) once told me that: the only difference between success and failure is your ability to see things the way God sees it.
Looking from human angle sometimes may be discouraging, but God is saying you are more than what you think you are.
Let’s look at this example: when Moses had to send the twelve to go and spy the land they were going, (NUMBERS 13:1 to 33)
Ten (10) out of twelve (12) saw themselves as grasshoppers in front of the giants {and we saw the giants, the son of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in OUR own sight as GRASSHOPPERS, and so we were in their sight … NUMBERS 13:33}
It was just Caleb that said, “let us go up at once and possess it; for we are well ABLE to POSSESS it”…NUMBERS13v30.
The other ten instilled fear into the children of Israel (NUMBERS14v1-2) and that is to tell us that if you move with people that doesn’t have good perception of themselves they pull you down.
Caleb saw himself and others the way God sees them and he had the mentality of “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. PHILLIPIANS4v13”…
What is your perception of you? Are you a GIANT or a GRASSHOPPER?
Are you a WINNER or a looser?
Are you a SUCCESS or a failure?
Change your perception of you and you will be surprised at what you can do. And guess what, the angle you stand determines how far you can see, if you are standing in a pit, obviously you cant see farther, but standing on a mountain or a rock…you can see wider and farther!!! stand on JESUS… He will show you who you are!!!
You are born to rule because there is a king in you!!!
Remember God made you in His own IMAGE and LIKENESS???
The weekend is going to be my birthday… I am so excited!!!

Happy weekend peeps, how are you doing? I’m doing pretty good and thanks for your comments and contributions on my last post…
I posted about spiritual and physical dehydration last weekend, in case you missed the post check it here.

I had few people who sent questions to my mail about the post and I want to answer those question as the spirit lead.
The question was; I get tired when studying and sometimes I get bored… what can I do?
My answer (how it has been working for me and few things the Holy Spirit dropped into my heart);
Water is tasteless, personally I don’t like taking water, and the reason is simple! For a young believer or someone who is a beginner in bible study, it might be a little bit boring and you may want to quit. Don’t quit, just try these steps, and let the Holy Spirit do the teaching… let’s see what follows!
I will be relating it as I did in the previous post.
• To stay hydrated physically, Keep your water bottle handy (if it’s next to you, you can always sip without you realizing it)… to stay hydrated spiritually, get a small handy Bible that you can carry around/download Bible app on your gadgets (you can open it anytime).
• Physically, you can spice up plain water(in case you don’t like plain water like me) add splash of fruit juice or fresh fruits into your water… spiritually, you can get messages/tapes, download it on your gadget for easy access, get spiritual songs, get different versions of Bible, KJV can be technical! Change your quiet time routines, SPICE IT UP!
• Don’t wait until you are thirsty, drink water often… don’t wait till you feel like reading/studying the bible, create time to study!
• Make over your snacks “swap those dry snacks with refreshing munchies like fresh fruits, frozen fruits et al… likewise, swap those friends with dirty languages with friends that encourages and uplifts you spiritually (iron sharpens iron). Swap those TV stations that shows porns/half-naked humans with godly documentaries and faith building TV stations.
• Take water in between meals…. Don’t forsake the gathering of brethren, go to Bible study.
Remember to talk to your health care giver if dehydration persists… Jesus is the greatest physician, talk to Him! You can talk to your spiritual fathers, mentor et al!
I hope this helps someone to stay hydrated physically and spiritually!

I hope you had a great week? Mine was splendid and fulfilling because I had privilege to catch babies and spoke life into them being the first contact (happy nurse).

Recently I wrote about reasons you should take water at regular basis, you can check the post here.

Shortly after I posted it, I was having my quiet time and the Holy Spirit came to me saying: if you can prevent dehydration and its complications by taking water frequently, don’t you think you can also prevent spiritual dehydration by taking the word regularly? As water is to the body, so is the word to your spirit…

So I decided to write about SPIRITUAL DEHYDRATION in relation to physical dehydration!

What does it mean to be dehydrated? Oxford dictionary defines dehydration as:

  • The loss or removal of water from something or
  • A harmful reduction in the amount of water in the body!

As we all know the functions/benefits of water in the body, a harmful removal of water will lead to many complications.

Same goes with the word of God, harmful removal of the word in a man’s spirit will definitely lead to fatal complications.

How will you know you are dehydrated both spiritually and physically?

  • Physically, Dry, sticky mouth (leading to bad breath as a result of over growth of microbes in the saliva… spiritually, you won’t have words to say and eventually the word you say becomes harmful to people because “out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks- Luke 6:45”
  • Physically, the individual gets tired easily… spiritually, you get tired easily and you may lose interest gradually in the things of God.
  • Physically, severe dehydration brings about dizziness/lightheadedness… spiritually, the man begin to lack ideas (because the word was God and without Him there was nothing made; John 1:1-5 if God is the word, you can’t feed on God and lack ideas!)
  • Decrease or no urinary output…a man that is dehydrated spiritually can’t be purged of the waste products ( urine is a waste product that can’t be used by the body, and spiritually our bad characters and addictions are waste products which we can only flush out of the body by constant/regular intake of the word)
  • Dry skin and sunken eyes… spiritual blindness/change of perception… you don’t get to see things clearly and your appearance becomes dry!
  • Extreme thirst/hunger especially for sweet things… a dehydrated spirit will feel high thirst, will want to hear something sweet and this may lead them to the wrong prophets and all sorts!
  • Finally, in a very severe case, confusion/lethargy/loss of consciousness… the individual will be confused, easily irritable and may lose consciousness/alertness spititually!

How do you think we can prevent SPIRITUAL DEHYDRATION if it’s being caused by lack or irregular intake of the spiritual water “the word”?
